ADH-D-Clutter
FREE Workshop
13th February 1pm-2.30pm GMT
A 1.5 hour virtual workshop focussing on the very real links between ADHD and clutter.

Feel validated in why you find it so hard, understand yourself better, and leave with renewed motivation to take your next steps.
If you're struggling with your clutter and need a hand perhaps you recognise:

🤔 Feeling like you're going round in circles with your energy up and down
🤔 Having great plans that you don't follow through with because you just don't know where to start
🤔 Experiencing the "boomerang" effect - you clear a space and then it gets re-cluttered within a few days
🤔 Trying so hard, and for so long, to get on top of things but you're either flat out busy or flat out exhausted
🤔 Being stuck because you can't do one area because the stuff needs to go somewhere else... which is also full
🤔 Living in limbo because there is just never the time to take a breath

There are, of course, many reasons for these, but for some it could be because of a neurodiversity such as ADHD.

There are such strong links between ADHD and having clutter, and if you're struggling, it is not your fault- there are so many factors than mean it is highly likely that if you have a neurodiversity you will also have clutter. Luckily once you understand the links there are also ways to start clearing it.

So, whether you are overwhelmed and drowning, are looking for a kick start to get some momentum back, or are just curious, then please do join us as this will be a lovely safe space and non judgemental space to get some support and guidance.

You will not be forced to have your camera on or speak and you can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with.
