How I can help

I am an ADHD and Declutter coach who has trodden the path of living with clutter and confusion and understand how difficult it can be to break free. My mission is to now help you with what I have learnt.

We use my proven SPACE model to achieve:

Strength and courage to get real about what matters, make choices about what is within your control and to set boundaries

Peace when you are ease and the chaos and overwhelm around you subsides

Authenticity as you begin to live in congruence with yourself and truly tap in to who you are and what you need

Clarity on where you are going and what your purpose in life is

Energy so you CAN do the things you want to and tackle difficulties with empowerment
