ADHD and clutter go hand in hand and whether you are dealing with ADHD, clutter or both, I can help.
The journey of self-discovery can feel never ending, tiring, painful or perhaps exhilarating at times.

Learning about yourself can feel confronting, isolating or even change the way you see life entirely. Along the way you may experience varying levels of support- depending on who is in your life or how you personally feel about your discoveries. This can be starkly true, with something like a late diagnosis of ADHD.
You may wonder whether life would have been different if you had known sooner- would you have been able to do different things, achieved more, or perhaps experienced a higher level of self-acceptance or support?

You may have mixed feelings about the diagnosis itself or you may feel any number of feelings from anger, grief, anxiety or even excitement about your next chapter.

Sharing the news with others can also bring a mix of experiences - there may be some people you feel comfortable to talk to, some you could never share with and others who give you a completely unexpected reaction.

ADHD does not have to mean a life-sentence
Ok, let's not pretend it's going to be easy all the time - that would be wholly unsatisfying anyway - but there is no reason why you do not deserve to have a fulfilling, content, and yes, sometimes, easy life!
Whether you have ADHD, have an inkling that you do, or are just curious, there are very real challenges, and perhaps a few hidden benefits, to the journey.

I can wholeheartedly promise you that nothing compares to truly understanding yourself, being yourself, and fundamentally, unconditionally accepting yourself.

It may feel unreachable right now, but I will show you how you will be able to:

🌻 Work with, instead of against yourself
🌻 Discover how you can identify challenges objectively (so they can be supported!)
🌻 See how the real you is the most precious, worthy and 100% enough

This will enable you to understand your unique needs and strengths, and who you really are beyond all the labels, masking, "fitting in", and other mental clutter that has accumulated over the years.

Ultimately you will be able to live life on your own terms, advocated for yourself and finally get to enjoy being you!

Let's get started...
My work is based on compassion, empathy, and non-judgement, and so I will welcome you into a warm and supportive space. You can also expect some challenge as we work together as I will want to make sure you make progress.
I have ADHD myself, and work with many neurodivergent clients, and so my approach is very much tailored to you, and what works for you. You do not need to worry about time keeping or being a “good client” - leave the timings to me and just show up as you - that is all you need to do.

I look forward to hearing from you and learning how I can best support you.
