This IS the Space is a gentle, intentional two‑week pause designed for women who don’t want another year to disappear into overwhelm and survival mode.
It’s not a reset. Not a resolution. Not a productivity push. It’s a place to stop, soften, and choose how you want this year to feel, before old patterns quietly take over again.

A note from Susie
I created this because I see so many women quietly waiting for life to pause before they let themselves live. They desperately want something different or more but there is never a good time. The problem isn't usually "what to do" it's about how on earth do I take a minute to think!
This is not about becoming better. It’s about coming back to yourself- a little nod to my 1:1 programme Reclamation.

This two-week course is not designed as a quick fix or a “system”. I also don't provide organising tips - because fundamentally the things you are struggling with are not because of the physical stuff or a lack of anything.
My approach is based on providing a long-term, holistic solution that considers your mental and emotional clutter as well as the physical clutter that probably brought you here.
We get to the root-cause of why you are living with too much, which can be challenging and sometimes emotional, but my science backed belief is that it is the only way to reclaiming a clutter-free life.
