A 1.5 hour virtual workshop focussing on the very real links between ADHD and holistic (physical, mental and emotional) clutter - you will leave motivated to take your next step on your declutter journey wherever you currently are whether you are drowning, maintaining or just simply don't know where to start.
You may know you have ADHD, have an inkling that you do or perhaps have never given it any thought...BUT, there are strong links between ADHD and having clutter, and I want to show you that if you do have clutter it is not your fault- there are so many factors than mean it is highly likely and there are also ways to start clearing it 😃
So, whether you are overwhelmed and drowning, are looking for a kick start to get some momentum back, or are just curious, please do join us.
This will be a lovely, non-judgemental, supportive and safe space to get some support and guidance.​ You will not be forced to have your camera on or speak and you can share as little or as much as you are comfortable with.
